Ah the Canon 5DS-r, what an attractive piece of hardware.

I've been hooked on this camera frame sense it was announced last year. True not the most versatile of camera bodies but if you shoot with in it's strengths you will be amazed :) 50.6 megapixels is nothing to sneer at, every little shake or movement will show up in the image, so you will need all your skills to make this camera work for you.

So if insane sharpness and detail are something you crave in images, this may be the camera for you :)

Now if I could only find a way to afford it :)

New Blog to help me display my photography for those interested in seeing it :)

I'm currently a student at Santa Barbara City College (again) to relearn photography as a digital medium. I've shot film off and on for decades but never really paid attention to what I was doing. For the last couple years that has changed, I'm now very focused on learning all I can and finding my style and interests. Due to health issues I don't get out and hunt like I used to so the camera has replaced my weapons and I get the same feel for the hunt and capturing my prey in the view finder :)
